  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity start time to be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity will not be refunded.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued only for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Transaction or payment gateway fees may be deducted where applicable.

3. Cancellation by Sunrise Dive Bali

Sunrise Dive Bali reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to:

  • Weather or sea conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Equipment or operational issues

  • Force majeure events

In such cases, customers may receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule the activity

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Late arrivals

  • Early departures

  • Failure to meet certification or medical requirements

  • Customer dissatisfaction not related to service failure

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
